Midwest Buffet

The Malaysian Dinner has been renamed to the Malaysian Buffet because it will be held during the evening. The venue for the Buffet will be the Carbondale Civic Center which holds a variety of events in the city of Carbondale such as India Nite, Chinese New Year and various other gatherings and ceremonies.

This year's buffet will be catered by Carbondale's own, Hunan Inc., a premier Chinese restaurant. The food will be similar Chinese food that is found in Malaysia.
All meat in the buffet will be Halal. The menu for the buffet is as follows:
