Accomodations

Since Southern Illinois University is located in one of most geographical beautiful parts of state, the university is the host to many conferences and special event. The University Housing provides overnight lodging and special group meeting spaces for more than 10,000 conferences and camp participants each summer.

At Southern Residence Halls are utilized for summer lodging for conferences. Our building here range in different sizes and locations.

The three choices for housing during the games are: -

1. Brush Towers
Centrally located near downtown Carbondale and the Student Recreation Center, the towers offer great views of the university and the surrounding community and forests.

2. University Park
Consisting of one tower and three four story buildings, University Park has it all. University Park is a beautiful enclave of student housing with large open areas, play area and beautiful gardens.

3. University Hall
University Hall is also located in the near vicinity of downtown Carbondale. As we call it, U-Hall is known to house a diverse variety of students.


Each of these housing locations would be linked to Campus Transportation, which will lead a special route during the games called the Midwest Route transporting students to the event locations in and around campus.
